This cultivar was registered in 2000 by Jerry Hadrava of Iowa as a hybrid of two hostas called "Hadrava Seedling RD-BS" x "Hadrava Seedling RD-13". It is a medium size hosta with foliage that has highly variable color combinations. The green leaves may have a white streaked variegation and others have a white medial (center) variegation. Lavender flowers bloom from July into August.
