There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a large size hosta with narrow, drooping, dark green leaves. This non-registered cultivar was originated in Japan. 

According to the Hosta Library, "...'Rudolf's #1' is one of the seedlings raised by Thelma Rudolph from seeds given to her by Dr. S. Hirao from his experiments in inducing polyploidy. The name would seem to imply it was her favorite. It is probably the same as 'Hirao Majesty'."
