A hybrid of H. 'Birchwood Parky's Gold' × H. 'Love Pat', this cultivar was registered by Frank Nyikos of Walnut Grove Nursery in Indiana in 2000. It grows into a medium size hosta about 14 inches in height and 39 inches in width. The leaves vary in color from gold to chartreuse and are slightly corrugated with good substance. Near white flowers bloom in June.

According to a Google search, Fats Sadi (1927-2009) was a Belgian musician but we do not know if it is the origin of this hosta's name.
