This medium size (16 inches high by 30 inches wide) hybrid of the species form H. kikutii leuconata x an unidentified hosta was registered by Jim and Meg Dalton of New York in 2012.

The leaves are lance shaped, intensely blue-green, intensely flat and glaucous on the top. Pale lavender, tubular flowers bloom from July into August. It sets seeds but their viability was undetermined at the time of registration.
