Hosta 'Shaharazade'

Registered by Dr. Dick and Jane Ward of Ohio in 2014, this large size (27 inches high by 60 inches wide) cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It has dark green leaves with a yellow marginal variegation. The leaves are ovate and dull on top. Tubular flowers bloom from June into July on scapes 48 inches tall.

According to the registration materials: "...wavy dark green with golden yellow margin..."

Not sure where this name came from but did find references to several movies called Scheherazade based on the book, One Thousand and One Nights.
