There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a medium size hosta with dark green leaves and broad, creamy white medial (center) variegation. As the name implies, the leaf blades are twisted at the tips. The petioles are mostly white also. 

Our guess is that this is either a relative of H. 'Show Me' or H. 'Twisted Sister'...or, perhaps both?
