Hosta 'Silver Spray'

Registered by Vera Osbourne of England in 1991, this cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a medium size plant about 16 inches high with blue-green foliage that is somewhat cupped and has thick substance. The leaves have a white marginal variegation. Pale violet flowers bloom from July into August on stems about 24 inches tall.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "The cupping is caused by the narrow, white margin."
