Registered by Peter and Jean Ruh of Ohio in 2003 on behalf of the originators, Reginald Kaye and Heinz Klose of Staudengärtnerei Klose in Germany, this cultivar is a seedling of a Tardiana-type hosta. The medium size hostas grow to around 11 inches in height with a spread of about 24 inches. Its foliage is blue-green and has thick substance. Near white flowers bloom in August on scapes about 17 inches high.
