Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict, this cultivar is a
seedling of H. 'Dorothy Benedict'. The large plant grows to 28
inches in height and 4 feet in width. Its foliage is broadly
oblong-ovate, sometimes cupped, moderately corrugated and has
very thick substance.
Similar
cultivars include H. 'Great Expectations'.
Sports include H. 'Bigga Luigi' and H. 'Simply Sharon
Sport'.
