Registered by Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan in 2005, this cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Foxy Doxy'. It is a large size plant about 26 inches high with blue-green foliage that has a variable gold colored marginal variegation. The leaves are broadly ovate, heavily corrugated and have thick substance. Pale purple from mid-July into August on scapes up to 37 inches tall.
