Hosta 'Snakeskin Boots'

 

This giant size (29 inches high by 52 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Tyler John' which was registered by Robert Hackbarth of The Hosta Leaf in Colesburg, Iowa in 2015.

The medium blue-green foliage has golden yellow marginal variegation. Its leaves are broadly ovate, slightly twisted, moderately folded, heavily corrugated, moderately wavy and dull on top. Pale lavender flowers bloom from June into July and it sets viable seeds.
