This seedling of H. 'Sagae', was registered by Dr. Charles Purtymun and Jay Hyslop of Walden West Nursery of Oregon in 1999. It forms a large size (20 inches high by 50 inches wide) mound and has a semi-upright form. The leaves are slightly cupped, wavy and corrugated with thick substance. Pale lavender flowers on tall (38 inches) scapes bloom in July.
