Hosta 'Squash Blossom'

This cultivar was originated by Chet Tompkins of Oregon but registered in 2005 by Peter and Jean Ruh of Ohio on his behalf, and is of unidentified parentage. It is a medium size hosta about 15 inches tall by 24 inches wide with medium blue-green foliage that has a greenish yellow marginal variegation. The leaves are broadly ovate, slightly wavy, slightly corrugated, slightly cupped and dull on top. Bell shape flowers bloom from June into July on scapes about 26 inches tall.

According to the registration materials: "...edge of leaf irregular with lighter green indentations..."
