There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a large size hosta with slightly wavy, slightly corrugated light to dark green leaves. As the name implies, this is probably a sport of H. 'Sum and Substance'. From late July into August, it produces large pale lavender flowers on four foot tall scapes.
