This tissue culture sport of H. 'Fortunei Hyacinthina' was originated by Mark Zilis of Illinois and registered on his behalf by Kevin Walek (Hosta Registrar) in 2009. A small size hosta, it has green foliage with a white medial (center) variegation. The leaves are lightly cupped and dull on top. Lavender flowers bloom in July. This is noted as a "poor growing" hosta.

There is also a cultivar named H. 'Sweet Dream'.
