Originated by Rick Goodenough of Massachusetts, this non-registered cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Rosedale Knox' × H. 'Talcott Mountain'. It is an extremely upright, large size hosta with greenish-yellow foliage held high on very tall petioles.

Talcott Ravine is located in Connecticut.
