This plant is mislabeled since Hosta tardiana was never a species of hostas. Tardiana refers to a group of hybrid hostas created by Eric Smith of England in the early 1960s. "Gosan" is Japanese for Hosta. So, the best we can guess for this plant is that it is a Tardiana-type hosta without a specific cultivar name.
