There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a giant size hosta with heavily corrugated, dark blue-green leaves. 

This is the common name of an actual fern, Athyrium filix-femina, so the person who took the photo might have mistaken a nearby label for the hosta label...just a guess.
