Hosta 'Teltow Gay Honey Moon'

Registered by Manfred Entemann of Germany in 2020, this medium size (13 inches high by 22 inches wide) hosta is a sport of H. 'Honey Moon'. The leaves are a medium green color with irregular white and yellow streaked variegation. They are moderately cupped, loosely serrated and very shiny on top.

It has pale lavender, bell-shaped flowers that bloom on 17 to 20 inch scapes from mid-July into August followed by seeds. However, at the time of registration, their viability was unknown.

The registration materials state: "...Dark green, lance-shaped leaves with solid texture."

Teltow is a town in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district, in Brandenburg, Germany.
