Hosta 'Teltow Lemon Fountain'

 

Registered by Manfred Entemann of Germany in 2019, this large size (20 inches high by 80 inches wide) cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It has chartreuse foliage with slightly rippled margins. The ovate leaves are slightly shiny on top and slightly wavy overall. Near white flowers with pale lavender stripes bloom from August into September on scapes 25 to 30 inches tall. It does not set seed.

The registration materials state: "...Solid chartreuse leaves."

Teltow is a town in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district, in Brandenburg, Germany.
