This cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Blue Vision' × H. 'True Blue' which was registered by Paul Aden of New York in 1979. It is a medium size hosta about 16 inches high by 36 inches wide with blue, Tardiana-type foliage. The leaves are ovate shaped and have thick substance with a thick glaucous bloom on the bottom.
