Hosta 'Valley's Sushi'
 

This cultivar is a sport of H. 'Red October' which was registered in 2008 by Jeroen Linneman of the Netherlands. It is a medium size plant about 11 inches high by 24 inches wide with medium blue-green foliage with a white marginal variegation. The leaves are slightly wavy, slightly rippled and slightly shiny on top with red petioles. Medium lavender, tubular and fragrant flowers bloom from mid-August into September. It sets viable seeds.

According to comments in the registration materials: "...dark purplish red petioles, red bleeds into the leaf blade, contrasting white margin..."
