This slow growing, medium size (12 inches high by 20 inches wide) sport of H. 'Orange Star' was originated by Jan van den Top of the Netherlands. It is a dark green hosta with a pure white medial (center) variegation. There are often streaks in the green part of the leaf blade. The leaves are twisted, wavy and have thick substance. Pale lavender flowers on creamy white scapes bloom from late July into August.
