Originated by Tom Van Elst of Belgium, this non-registered cultivar is a seedling of Hosta longipes hypoglauca × H. 'Salute'. It has greyish blue-green foliage with reddish-purple coloration that extends up the petiole into the central vein of the leaf early in the season. A medium size hosta, it bears lavender colored flowers.
