Creating a Website can be overwhelming. However, it is really a matter of making a series of small decisions that can make it manageable. In order to help you with this task, we have developed a 10 Step Decision Check List with appropriate links that will take you through the entire process. [We have also included a form that you may print and take notes along the way.]

1. Website Packages

1. Standard Website Package - This five page offering will help you to spread the word about your organization, what you do and who you are at a price you can afford.

2. Single Page Package - Use this site as an online brochure to tell people who you are and how to get in touch with you. Have a web presence at a very reduced price.
2. Price List Take a look at our price list to get an idea of the cost of your site and the Advanced Options you might choose for now or later.
3. Page Layout Choose from one of the 7 page layouts we offer. This will determine the overall look of your website and its graphics.
4. Graphics Color We offer 14 different colors for headers, menus and subheaders in your website based on the layout you have chosen in item 3.
5. Graphics Font Select from the 14 fonts we offer for use on your website's graphics. The text on your pages will be in the Arial font.
6. Your Contact Person You need to designate one person to be the contact person who will deal with regarding your website.
7. Website Content Once you have chosen all the basic design considerations for your website such as layout, color and font, perhaps the most important decisions still remain. It is nice to have a good looking site but the most important element of any web page is the CONTENT.
8. Advanced Options You can start with the basic Single or Standard Package alone or you may add items from our Advanced Options list. You may choose to add something now or you can wait until later. It is up to you.
  - Newsletter Would you like to have your newsletters online? Saves money and time and makes archives of previous editions available at all times.
  - Photo Gallery The Single Page site includes 2 pictures and the Standard Website allows for 5 photos. However, if you would like to have a wider display of members in action, activities or other photos, the Photo Gallery will allow you to add up to 50 photos.
  - Extra Photos If you just want to add a few extra photos in addition to those included in the Packages, we can do that for a small additional fee.
  - Logo Design We can help design a new logo for you or take one that is currently on printed material and add it to your website.
  - Brochures Whether now or later, we can take your promotional brochures in Adobe .pdf  format and post them on your website saving postage and printing costs.
  - Address (URL) The address included with the Packages will be in the form . There are several options available for having a more personalized URL or web address.
9. Website Submittal Form After all the decisions have been made about the format and initial content items for your website, it is time to fill out one of our Website Submittal Forms. This is an Adobe .pdf document which you may fill out on your computer and print off for mailing with your payment to .
10. Submitting Your Site You will need to determine the best way to submit the Website Submittal Form and the text and images needed to create your website.
