
You need to designate ONE person
to be the official contact point for dealing with
during the development and maintenance of your website. This
individual should have the following:

One
at a Time - We will only accept materials and
requests for changes to the website from one person at a
time. If you need to change your contact person, we will need to receive
notification from the group president.

Email - This person must be able to correspond by
email with PGC and have the ability to send attachments.

Decision Making - This person must have the
ability to either make decisions regarding your website or to
relay your group's decisions when needed.

Computer Skills - The contact person needs to
have a general understanding of standard computer programs
such as a word processor and a basic understanding of how to
handle computer files. They do NOT need to know anything
about creating or maintaining webpages or graphics...that is
our job.
