Several "Advanced Options" are available to supplement the Standard Website or the Single Page Website  packages offered by . These options are meant to make your website more useful and effective in achieving your goals as an organization.

If you have a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual newsletter, we can post it on the web and save you money for printing and postage. Just provide us with a copy in either MS Word (.doc) or .pdf format. For a small fee, we will even scan paper copies for posting to your website.

If your organization holds programs, workshops or other activities that are open to the general public, we can post your brochure on the website so that it may be downloaded by visitors. This will save on printing and postage and open your advertizing to a wider range of people who search for such program listings on the Internet.

Pictures of your activities and projects will add a lot to the impact of your website. Standard Websites include 5 free images while 2 may be used on the Single Page Website.

Additional images may be added for a small fee when submitted to us in digital formats commonly used on the Web such as .jpg, .gif or .png or in other formats such as .tif or .bmp. We can also scan your prints and return the originals to you. 

We have several options for how to submit images to us to be used on your website.

Another option is to add a Photo Gallery Option to your website where you may display up to 50 photos along with captions you supply. These may be of your club activities, award winners or a way to display the volunteer projects sponsored by your group.

We can create or modify your graphics  using Adobe Photoshop®. We have, of course, created all the images used in this website. If you have printed versions of your current logo on letterhead or as digital images, we can transfer them onto your website header.

We can also work with you to create a new logo for use on your website and on printed materials such as a letterhead or business cards.
