You can submit text and images for inclusion in your organization's website one of two ways.

Note: Your Website Submittal Form must be printed and sent by U.S. Mail along with your check or money order.

Perhaps the easiest way to send us the written text and photos for your website is by email attachment. Of course, your material must be in a digital form (MSWord (.doc), Rich Text Format (.rtf) or Adobe Portable Digital File (.pdf) for written items and .jpg, .png, .gif, .tif or .bmp for images) to be able to use email.

To submit by email:

  1. Send all correspondence and submittals related to your website to: websites@plantsgalore.com
     

  2. Please put the name of your organization in the file name of attachments to help avoid confusion in our inbox.
     

  3. On ALL emails to PGC, please, please put the NAME OF YOUR ORGANIZATION in the Subject line of your email. This will help us in keeping everything organized and avoid mistaking your valuable email for SPAM.

If all or part of your information is on paper or you don't feel comfortable with email, you can submit your materials through the U.S. mail.

 

To send by U.S. Mail:

  1. Since you will be sending to a P.O. Box, you will not be able to use United Parcel Service or Federal Express.
     

  2. Copy all digital files to a CD-ROM and label it with your organization's name and the date.
     

  3. Apply the appropriate postage.
     

  4. Send all items to:

If your materials are in both paper and digital form, just use whichever method is appropriate.

Regardless of the submittal method used, please be sure to include the organization's name on all correspondence.
