Most organizations are pleasantly surprised by the number
of members who would prefer to receive their newsletter electronically.
It is one less piece of paper to handle and back issues are always
available simply by visiting your website.
If you create a newsletter for your organization on a monthly,
quarterly or other regular schedule, we can help you save money by
posting it on your website. Then, you can survey your members to
determine those who are willing to view it on-line. They can then be
removed from your mailing list resulting in a significant savings in
printing and postage costs.
When the latest issue is posted on the website, you can send out a
mass email to your members letting them know that the issue may be
accessed.

Your organization's newsletter may be submitted to us in a variety
of formats for publishing onto your website.

|
 |
If your newsletter is created in a word processing program, simply
save a copy in MSWord format and
send it to us as an email attachment. We will convert it to
.html for posting on the website. If there are photos or other graphics
in the document, they should also be sent to us.

Newsletters created in desktop publishing programs such as
PageMaker, Quark, MSPublisher, etc. should be converted to Adobe
Acrobat Portable Document Format (.pdf).
PDF
will maintain the overall look of the newsletter when viewed with the
free program, Adobe Acrobat Reader.

A paper copy of the newsletter may be submitted. For an additional
fee,
we will scan the document and convert it to the proper format for
posting on the website.
Paper copy newsletters may be sent to us in US Mail.
