Welcome to our website! We in West Apiarian County strive to manage our honeybees for the benefit of plants and mankind. The honey bee is the primary pollinator for the 40,000 acres of fruit trees and over 100,000 acres of vegetable crops grown locally. They are also a source of a natural, organic sweetener in the over 108,000 quarts of honey produced by our members' hives each year.

Our society is devoted to educating people on the proper management techniques to produce healthy, nutritious honey. We also help newcomers to get established and share information on the latest technology and equipment available.

Membership - The Beekeepers' Society is open to all people interested in honeybees as either a hobby or as a profession. Our members are willing and able to help newcomers get started and to provide educational programs that will help the professionals succeed in their businesses.

Please check out our website and come to a meeting or two. We think you will enjoy membership in the West Apiarian Beekeepers' Society.
