The easiest and quickest way to get your organization's website up and running is to send it in electronic form. However, if you are not able to provide the information in that format, we can also work with printed material and photographs.

We can scan your information into digital form and prepare it for posting on your website. 

This option allows you to post five separate pages:

If you would like to submit materials for your website through the US mail, Fed Ex or UPS, please use one of our forms. They are available in two formats (the forms are the same):

 

Click on the button to download a copy of the form in Adobe PDF format. In order to view and print this format, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. 

  - If you need to know more about Adobe Acrobat Reader or would like to download your free copy of the program from Adobe.

 

The form is also available in Microsoft Word format. By clicking on the button, you will download a copy of the file named 02_Website_Submittal_Form.doc to your computer. You can then open it in MSWord, fill it out and print it for mailing.

Once you have submitted your materials, we will prepare your website and post it. Before making any links to the site, we will notify you and let you take a look at it. After we have resolved any questions or made any corrections that you submit, we will link your page to our homepage. Then, it will be open to the world.
