This cultivar of unidentified parentage is from Dr. Charles Purtymun and Walden West Nursery of Oregon. It forms a large size mound about 20 inches in height with a spread of 42 inches. The medium to bright gold leaves are moderately corrugated, slightly shiny on the bottom and have average substance. From late July into August, it bears pale purple flowers and forms many seed pods.
