This
primarily outdoor show occurs in mid-May and includes a large
exhibit and sale held on the grounds of the Domaine de Courson,
a chateau near
Paris. It includes more than 100 exhibitors and
growers with their new introductions and unusual varieties.

Dozens of nurseries
and horticultural companies and organizations had booths at the
show including this one from the Netherlands.
The show was made up
of displays by commercial nurseries and garden centers
throughout France and other parts of Europe.

I attended the 2002 edition of this
show and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. For France, it is
remarkably informal with displays and sales tents scattered
around the beautiful grounds of this chateau. It is within
easy driving distance of
Paris for a nice day's visit.
Remember that you will have to ship all that wonderful stuff
back to the States so keep that in mind as you go crazy buying
things.
