Hosta 'Abiqua Zodiac'

This cultivar of unidentified parentage was originated by Dr. Charles Purtymun and Walden West Nursery of Oregon but was registered on their behalf by Hosta Registrar Kevin Walek in 2009.

It forms a large size mound about 20 inches in height with a spread of 42 inches. The medium to bright golden yellow leaves are moderately corrugated, slightly shiny on the bottom and have average substance. From late July into August, it bears pale purple flowers and sets viable seeds.
