Hosta 'Amos'

This cultivar has H. 'Big John' in its background. It is a non-registered cultivar from Olga Petryszyn of Indiana. The plant grows into a large size hosta about 22 inches in height with a spread of 49 inches. It has a semi-upright form with thick, blue-green leaves that are slightly corrugated. The near white flowers bloom in June.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "Its positive traits include a large size mound size, a vase-shaped habit, good blue foliage, thick substance, tall scapes and good fertility."
