Originated by Tony Avent of Plant Delights Nursery in North Carolina, this non-registered cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Faith' × an unnamed hosta with H. 'Sieboldiana', H. kikutii, H. pulchella, H. longipes, H. nakaiana and H. venusta in its background. This small size hosta is about 7 inches tall by 20 inches wide with leaves that are rippled, nearly round and have thick substance. The foliage emerges chartreuse-green in the spring and brightens to a "luminescent white gold" later in the season. According to the Plant Delights catalog, "...every fold of the leaf turns a different shade of green/gold...quite unique."
