This sport of a hybrid of an H. 'Breeder's Choice' seedling was originated by Dr. Doug Beilstein of Ohio and registered by Mark Zilis of Illinois in 2009. The foliage is medium green with yellow streaked variegation.

It forms a small size plant about 10 inches high by 31 inches wide with leaves that are ovate, slightly wavy and have average substance. The plant has a fast growth rate and bears pale purple, tubular flowers in July.
