Hosta 'Coconut Custard'
 

This cultivar is an open-pollinated seedling of a seedling of (H. 'Blue Cadet' × H. 'One Man's Treasure') which was registered by Bob Solberg of Green Hill Farm in North Carolina in 2007. It is a miniature size hosta only about 5 inches high with a width of around 12 inches. The foliage is pale yellow becomes light green later in the season with purple petioles. Lavender flowers bloom in July.

The Book of Little Hostas by Kathy and Michael Shadrack (2010) says: "Will take plenty of sun in cooler climates. Also ideal for the trough or tray, where the color contrasts well with darker companions, and the petioles are more easily seen."
