Hosta 'Crepe Suzette'

A Wm and Eleanor Lachman of Massachusetts introduction which was registered in 1986, this small size (6 inches high by 15 inches wide) hosta is medium green with white marginal variegation. Funnel shaped very pale lavender flowers are borne on a 12 inch scape. It is an open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Flamboyant'.

The Book of Little Hostas by Kathy and Michael Shadrack (2010) says: "Needs good light. This variety will make a colorful addition to a collection of potted hostas."

The New Encyclopedia of Hostas by Diana Grenfell (2009) states: "Slow to increase...The margins on this distinctly oval-shaped leaved hosta turn cream toward the end of the season and are exceptionally wide for a hosta of this size."
