Hosta 'Goldee'

This hybrid of H. 'Zounds' × H. 'Lemon Lime' was registered by Bob Whitmore of Indiana in 1999. It forms a small size plant about 8 inches high with a spread of 25 inches. The gold colored foliage is slightly wavy and slightly corrugated. It bears very pale purple flowers from late June into July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "Some plants of 'Goldee' have mistakenly been labeled 'Goldie', which is a much larger, blue-leaved cultivar."
