Hosta 'Johnson's Olympic Gold'
 

Registered by Franc and Sally Freeman of Iowa in 2008, this slow growing, rhizomatous cultivar is a hybrid of H. 'Sea Prize'. It is a small size hosta about 9 inches high by 20 inches wide with pale yellow foliage that is broadly ovate, slightly cupped and slightly shiny on top. Bell shape flowers bloom from June into July on scapes up to 22 inches tall.

According to the registration materials: "...low growing, thick leaves, pest resistant, takes a lot of sun..."
