This cultivar was registered in 1998 by Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee. It is a hybrid of a streaked seedling x a blue seedling which forms a small size mound of foliage with good substance. The near white flowers bloom in July.

The Book of Little Hostas (2010) says: "In good light quickly forms an impressive mound. A standout hosta in a woodland walk or raised bed."
