A self-pollinated seedling of H. yingeri, this cultivar was registered by Bob Solberg of Green Hill Farm in North Carolina in 2000. It forms a medium size mound about 14 inches high and 35 inches wide with moderately wavy, smooth textured foliage. The flowers have narrow petals and are a medium purple color. They bloom in mid-August.
