Hosta 'Moby Dick'

Another of the many, many seedlings of H. 'Sum and Substance', this cultivar was registered by Kirk Brill of Iowa in 1999. It forms a large size, semi-upright mound of blue-green to dark green foliage. The leaves are heavily corrugated and have thick substance. Near white flowers bloom in midsummer.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...was known as 'Reach for the Sky'."
