A large size (16 inches high by 36 inches wide) hosta, this cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Ming Dynasty' which was registered in 2004 by Greg Johnson of Iowa. It is a slow growing hosta with bright yellow leaves. The foliage is heart shaped, unruly and moderately corrugated. Near white flowers bloom from June into July on scapes about 24 inches tall.
