This cultivar which is a hybrid of H. 'Sweet Susan' × H. rupifraga was originated by Mark Zilis of Illinois and registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 2005. The medium size plant grows to around 17 inches in height with a spread of about 35 inches. Leaves have smooth texture and are ovate shaped. Bright purple, fragrant flowers bloom on tall scapes.
