A seedling of H. longipes, this cultivar was registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 1992. It is a medium size plant growing to 14 inches in height with a spread of 30 inches. The shiny, bright green leaves are also shiny on the underside and have red speckled petioles. Lavender flowers bloom in August.
