Hosta 'Templar Gold'

 

Registered by Emile and Jane Deckert of Maryland in 2004, this medium size (12 inches high by 32 inches wide) cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It has gold colored foliage that is slightly rippled and has deep veins. Lavender flowers bloom in July on scapes up to 36 inches high.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...becomes a very bright gold color and it has a vigorous growth rate."
