According to a comment on Pinterest.com, this cultivar was originated by Jeff Moore of Wisconsin, this non-registered cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Candy Dish' × H. pycnophylla. Hostalists.org includes it as a hosta with white backed, rippled and wavy leaves.
