Clematis requires a
warm top (full sun to partial shade on the vine) and a cool bottom
(shade on the root zone).
'Hendersonii' - dark blue flowers and an
extended bloom season through late summer.
It is often listed as a cultivar of C. integrifolia
and believed to be
a hybrid of C. integrifolia x C. viticella.
